    Elevate Home Health is currently seeking to hire an Administrator / Executive Director
     to lead our Stockton home health agency!

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrator / Executive Director is responsible for overall management of the agency’s programs in accordance with the policies determined by the Board of Directors, as well as program planning, general supervision of therapeutic services, staff education and preparation of the agency’s annual evaluation.

     


     

    KEY JOB FUNCTION:

    • Ensures Elevate Home Health is in compliance with all applicable state, Medicare, Medi-cal, federal and local regulations and other applicable standards.
    • Provides for employment, supervision, evaluation and termination of qualified personnel, in accordance with job descriptions and policies to provide services for which the company has assumed responsibility either directly or through contracted staff.
    • Negotiates and maintains contracts, leases, agreements, etc. as necessary for the effective provision of services.

    • Communicates pertinent information to staff and manages information to promote effective communication data exchanges, quality care, and efficient operations.

    • Supervises staff to ensure effective documentation, coordination of care, quality/performance improvement and risk management activities either directly or through designees.

    • Directs the management of the business and the overall operation of the office and ensures accuracy of all public information materials and activities.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience serving as an Administrator or Executive Director in a home health care setting.

    • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in home health care setting.

    Preferred Requirements

    • Licensure as a Registred Nurse (RN) preferred, not required.
