Focus Health - Fresno is currently seeking to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor of our team!

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Manager coordinates nursing services, supervises staff, and coordinates home care services / delivery in conjunction with third party payor sources and services as a resource to the clinical team for necessary prior authorization and reporting requirements.
KEY JOB FUNCTION:
Takes referrals (as needed), makes initial assessment visits, and ensures that assessment visits are made and makes intermittent and on-site supervisory home visits when directed or necessary and organizes family resources for effective patient care.
Responsible for the efficient assignment, scheduling and supervision of staff and on-call coverage and maintains records of case assignments and management forms as requested.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the state of practice.
At least 2 years clinical nursing experience within the last 5 years.
