    Elevate Home Health is currently seeking to hire a home health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fast growing team!


    Prn opportunities available for the general areas of: LEMOORE, HANFORD, VISALIA

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an occupational therapy institution.
    • Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of practice.
    • Work experience of at least one (1) year as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

    Preferred Requirements

    • Home health experience preferred, not required.
