    Elevate Home Health is currently seeking a hire a prn Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to be a part of our team!


    Prn opportunities are available for the general areas of: MODESTO, &/or MERCED.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an occupational therapy institution that is jointly accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
    • Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of practice.
    • Work experience of at least one (1) year as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

    Preferred Requirements

    • Home health experience preferred, not required.
