    Elevate Home Health is currently seeking a hire a full time home health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to be part of our team!


    Per diem openings available with our Stockton and Modesto teams.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
    • Must have current state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
    • Must have home health experience.
    • Must be CPR certified.
    • Must have at least one year clinical practical nursing experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
